Find the right fit! During the screening phase of the process, we fill out a Candidate Evaluation Profile to discover your skills, learn about your work history, asses your behavioral fits, and learn more information about you so that we can better match you to one of our clients. The Candidate Evaluation Profile is crucial to the screening process because it not only lets us get to know you as an individual and employee, but it helps us determine what work situations and environments match your career goals. Once you’ve gone through the Candidate Evaluation Process, we begin matching you to our client’s needs.
Transition to your placement! After assessing your skills and goals, we find a solid match between you and one of our clients’ opportunities. During the placement phase, you’ll be assigned to a Diverse Staffing recruiter who will walk you through the interview, placement, and onboarding processes. We’ll never just throw you into a placement without providing you with company and job assignment information, coordinating interviews, or giving you the tools you need to make your onboarding process go smoothly. Once you are in your placement, your recruiter will check back in on a regular basis to answer any questions you have and ensure the assignment is a good fit.
Enjoy the benefits! After you starting working in your placement, you’ll typically be placed on the Diverse Staffing payroll, which usually pays on a weekly basis. We record all of your federal and state taxes for you and we can even help you set up a direct bank deposit. When you work with Diverse Staffing, you may also qualify for a number of additional important benefits that are traditionally only available to full-time corporate employees.
